ProQuest Congressional (Base)

ProQuest’s Congressional Base database provides researchers with a collection of historic and current congressional and legislative information. Base includes full text of the Congressional Record, House and Senate hearings and reports, Congressional Research Service (CRS) Reports for Congress, The Federal Register, Code of Federal Regulations, legislative histories, and legislation. Libraries have the option of supplementing their collections with a suite of add-ons that can enlarge coverage and supplement existing collections.
