Trends & Policy
Trends & Policy is a series of four interconnected databases designed to present US policy documents in a contextual format. The products are geared toward undergraduates but may also be useful for K‐12 and graduate-level audiences. The four collections cover topics in US
criminal justice, environment, health care, and immigration. A civil rights collection is slated for release in late 2024. Primary sources include items such as congressional hearing transcripts, government reports, newspaper articles, press releases, public laws, and statistics. Additionally,
unique content such as essays contextualize the primary sources. The materials in Trends & Policy range from the revolutionary era to contemporary, with the goal of providing a single source of policy information for each topic. These products are well organized and easy to navigate.
