Drama Online, produced by Bloomsbury Publishing, is a digital library containing the full texts of over 2,750 plays and over 400 secondary books providing criticism, context, and information on theatre craft. It also contains 400 audio plays and over 130 filmed performances. The database provides access, in the original English or in English translation, to many of the most well-known works of theatre from the early Greek period to the present day. A critical analysis of the database is provided, including a discussion of missing twentieth-century playwrights, as well as other comparable theatrical databases on the market.
