Archives of Sexuality and Gender: LGBTQ History and Culture Since 1940, Part I is the first part of a planned four-part collection from Gale in the Archives of Sexuality and Gender (ASG) series for academic and public libraries. ASG is part of the Gale Artemis Primary Sources platform, using the strong search tools, facets, tagging and citation tools, document management, and image viewer available in all those products. Content is drawn from several important LGBTQ collections, including newspapers and journals, manuscripts, historical records, personal correspondence, government responses to the HIV/AIDS crisis, and illustrated works. The searchability, ease-of-use of this product, and reasonable price point make this an excellent addition for academic and public libraries in a growing area of research.
