Drama Online

Drama Online, produced by Bloomsbury Publishing LLC, is a database containing over 1,000 plays, as well as over 100 secondary works providing contextual and critical context and information on theatre craft. The database provides full-text access, in the original English or in English translation, to many of the most well-known works of theatre from the early Greek period to the present day. Each play and playwright includes a descriptive introduction and the database also includes selected images, audio, and video auxiliary material. A critical analysis of the service is provided including a look at some of the missing twentieth century playwrights as well as other comparable theatrical databases on the market.
