Treesearch

Treesearch is a free, full-text database of the U.S. Forest Service’s published research. The content is made up largely of recent material but historical documents are provided as well. Publications include journal articles, reports, books chapters, and conference proceedings on a wide range of forestry topics. The database’s simple interface provides basic search functionality, but advanced searching is compromised by a limited ability to create precise queries.
