abstract = "Scholars Resource (SR; http://scholarsresource.com>) is a licensing and hosting entity for digital images and associated metadata. Art history
programs at the high school, college, and university levels traditionally relied on slides for instructional and review purposes; this is changing. SR provides digital image sets based on a variety of parameters including artist, period, and country. Most significantly, they provide image
sets based on popular textbooks. Images may be viewed on the SR Web site, as well as downloaded and viewed via an institution's preferred image management system. This review focuses on the purchasing of image and textbook sets.",
