Both of these discovery interfaces integrate bibliographic content from a library's integrated library system along with article-level journal metadata from commercial suppliers. Innovative Interfaces and Ex Libris share the fact that both come from the ILS marketplace; indeed, both companies are still actively developing and supporting traditional ILS software. While certain partnerships are in place with traditional content providers in order to bring in article-level data, both Innovative Interfaces and Ex Libris could be considered the content-neutral players in the Web-scale arena. The strengths and weaknesses of each solution are examined within the context of the broader marketplace. This review is follow-up to an earlier review by the same author comparing other commercial journal discovery interfaces.", }
